200 gr cheese
4-5 cloves garlic
200g heavy cream
Baked eggplant Method:
1. Cut the eggplant into thicker slices.
2. Slice the tomatoes.
3. Grind the garlic.
4. Grate the cheese.
5. Cut the mushrooms smallest.
6. Mix heavy cream with garlic.
7. Grease a pan with a little oil and coat it with aluminum foil.Who wants,can put baking paper.
8. Put the eggplant slices,cover them with tomato slices,then with pieces of mushroom,cream and finally sprinkle with cheese.
9. Put the pan in the hot oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
