Bruschetta with Avocado and Tomatoes Cherry
-3 slices of bread
-Salt and pepper
Fry the bread slices in the oven, then sprinkle with olive oil and rub with garlic. Peel the avocado, then you have to crushe them, smooth with salt, pepper and lime juice. Cut tomatoes into cubes, add a little oil, salt and balsamic vinegar. Brush the bread slices with the avocado paste, as are warm and sits above the tomatoes cubes. You can serve them warm!
