Carrot cream ingredients:
– 3 carrots
– 1 handful of cashew hydrated 4h
– 3 tablespoons yogurt
– 1 tablespoon yeast flakes

– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– lemon juice
– salt

The ingredients are mixed into the robot using S knife , until it becomes a smooth paste (start with carrots and cashews). For a vegan version, replace the yoghurt with more cashew hydrated.
