Cauliflower Cheese Sticks
I put the batter on parchment on a cookie sheet and just kind of shaped it like you would with biscotti.The batter was a little wet and spread out a bit, but no big problem.
It was about 1/2 inch thick in the center.
I think my measurements were off as I used 1/2 a big fresh cauliflower and didn’t quite have 2 cups after cooking it.
