Cherry jam with low sugar:
– 3 kg cherries
– 1 l natural apple juice
– juice from one lemon
– 200g raw sugar (a cup)[expand title=”” trigpos=”below”]
The fruits , cleared of seed , are set to boil with apple juice, lemon juice and sugar. Leave them to boil for a long time , until the liquid reduces and the jam has the consistency we desire . Optional add some vanilla.
