Man-Pleasing Chicken

I made this chicken. I had just a touch of Dijon mustard left, so I used a combination of honey mustard & course ground mustard with it to make 1/2 cup.I added a little parmesan cheese & broiled the chicken for a few minutes prior to removing from the oven. Fantastic flavor, my best friend loved it.
