MEATBALLS WITH TARRAGON AND SOUR CREAM SAUCE
- 400 g minced beef
- 200 g minced pork
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1 medium potato, peeled and Enely
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, linely chopped
- 400 g sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped tarragon
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill and
- 0 salt
- ground black pepper
Mix well together meats, onion, parsley, dill, potato, eggs, salt and pepper. Make small round meatballs and roll them in flour. Put meatballs in an oiled oven tray and pour sour cream all over them. Bake in hot oven until meatballs are tender.
Spread tarragon and serve hot with lettuce salad.
Tip: when using dry tarragon, put half of the quantity and add it few minutes before taking the tray out of the oven.
