MUSHROOMS SCHNITZEL

Ingredients:
-18 medium white mushrooms
-3 eggs, beaten
-all-purpose flour
-bread crumbs
-salt
-ground pepper

Directions:
Wash the mushrooms well, cut level the legs. Spread with salt and pepper. Roll each mushroom first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in bread crumbs. Fry well on all sides in hot oil. Serve hot.
Tip: they are delicious as appetizer or as side dish with grilled beef.
