Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi
My daughter LOVES these I’ve been making them for years now! I make them with cream cheese and salami to. It works for a number of combos, I’ve even done it with Vietnamese sandwhiches (those were really cute!) I suggest to roll them then wrap them tight in platic wrap and refridgerate overnight before cutting into slices otherwise they kind of mush down.
