– 300g flour
– 100g cold butter grated
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1/2 sachet baking powder
– 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
– a few tablespoons of cold milk
Knead the ingredients and allow to cool as you prepare the filling.
For the filling there are 2 options:
1. If you want a finer texture, put it in a pot to boil 1 kg of pitted plums, 1 vanilla essence and 5-6 tablespoons brown sugar. Over low heat, let boil in its own juice until it becomes a paste, a jam (no need to link). When the dough is ready, stretches over the tart and put pricked with a fork, sprinkle ground nuts and garnish with a piece of thin stretched dough and slash it a little or do some long strips and weave.
2. I chose this time a “rough” version of stuffing , I put the halves plum directly over the dough in the tart pan , I sprinkled brown sugar and ground nuts very little, both to remain very crispy. Bake approximately 1h at medium heat.
