Pork chops Stuffed with Mushrooms


Ingredients (For 4 servings) :
-4 thick chops with bone
-300 g mushrooms Champignion
-a red pepper
-a red onion

-100 ml olive oil
-salt and pepper
-a bunch of fresh dill
-an egg
-spoon mixture of dehydrated vegetables without salt
-herbs de Provence
-100 ml wine hub
-10 grains of black pepper
-3-4 bay leaves

Instructions :
1. Wash and wipe the steaks then cut with a sharp knife on the fleshy edge , to make a wallet without poking the meat . Cut to the bone , but without cutting the edge chops . Salt and season the outside and inside .
2. Wash and clean the vegetables . Heat an oil drop , fry a litlle bit the red pepper and red onion sliced ​​thin . After a few seconds add the thinly sliced ​​mushrooms , season with salt and pepper , flavored with herbs and sprinkle a bit of dried vegetables . May we leave a little on fire , then pull the pan and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill . Let it cool , then add the beaten egg . With this filler , fill each pocket , then catch the chops cut  with 2 bamboo toothpicks .
3. It sat down in the tray , with the bones down and the mouth caught with toothpicks , up . Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt the dehydrated vegetables . Pour the wine and 2 cups of cold water , a pinch of salt , peppercorns and bay leaves . Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes . Uncover the foil and let another 40-50 minutes on medium heat watering the chops occasionally with the pan juices . Leave until are nicely browned . Serve hot with potatoes , mushrooms and sauté carrots .
