Probably the healthiest pasta you’ll ever eat ( whole wheat spaghetti with brown mushrooms and garlic in raw avocado sauce) Deeelight !
Here are the ingredients :
- whole wheat spaghetti
- a handful of mushrooms (of what you have in the kitchen or want to use )
- olive oil
- pesto or just basil
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream sweet
- 1/2 avocado (peed with lemon juice, salt and pepper and a dash of Tabasco or without).
And now the steps :
- boil the spaghetti
- the sliced mushrooms braised with garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil
- add the spaghetti with the cream and pesto (60 g dry pasta) and pour the avocado on top
All done !
