Ravioli with Shrimps and Spicy Tomato Sauce
This was my culinary first time making ravioli with shrimps and it turned out quite well.A little bit spicy for my taste i have to admit 🙂 I`ve drank a bottle of 1l of water after 😀 , but my girlfriends loved it 😀 . The recipe is very easy 🙂 .
Ravioli with Shrimp and Spicy Tomato Sauce
1. 200 g of ravioli
2. 100 ml of tomato sauce
3. 10 g garlic
4. 10 g chilli flakes
6. 100 g shrimps
7. olive oil
1.Boil a large pot of water. Salt generously. Once the water comes to a boil, drop in a few ravioli, taking care not to overcrowd the pot. Cook 6 minutes then fish out with slotted spoon.
2.Filling for ravioli is extremely diversified.One of the easiest fillers consist of mashed potato mixed with a creamy cheese.So i`ve used this kind of ravioli .
3.In a deep pan put a little olive oil, crushed garlic cloves and fry them a little.
4.Add the tomato sauce, seasoned with basil and chilli flakes.
5.Allow to give in some hot then carefully place the ravioli in the sauce, stir slowly.
They were tons of fun to make, didn’t take that long to do it, and it was a delicious and satisfying dinner!
