Rustic pan of Chicken breast , Pork tenderloin , Beef tenderloin and Vegetables

This recipe is simple . You need :
-200 g beef tenderloin
-200 g chicken breast
-200 g pork tenderloin all cut into pieces

You have to take care that all the meat is fresh.You first have to put into the pan the pork and beef meat to fry ,then the chicken.
You have to be careful,taste the meat and when is almost ready you put a sliced onion and red pepper to also fry with all the meat.You add some salt and pepper at the end and that`s it ! You will have a great dinner:Dtigaie
