Salmon salad – with honey and mustard dressing
Ingredients for 4 servings :
- 150 g of leaf watercress
- 1 cucumber
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 300 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 200ml buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions :
