Shrimp skewers with pineapple

Ingredients ( For 6 people ) :
-18 shrimp, fresh

-1 small pineapple
-1 black radish
-3 tablespoons honey Iichida
-1 teaspoon hot paprika
-1 clove of garlic
-1 piece fresh ginger (about 50 g)
-1 lime
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons cider vinegar
-salt and pepper

Instructions :
1.Carefully decorticate the shrimps, removing and the bowel (black filament).Cut them into three.Clean the pineapple,remove the core fibrous  and cut the flesh into small fans.Wash the radishes,cutting it into slices and then into quarters.Thrust the chunks of shrimp,pineapple and radishes on wooden stakes.
2.Clean the ginger and scrape it off.Squeeze the lemon.Mix the lemon juice with honey,paprika,vinegar,crushed garlic,grated ginger,salt and pepper.Add a tablespoon of oil and a some water.
3.Emulsified it with a fork.Place the skewers in a deep dish and sprinkle them with the marinade.Let them soak in cold,about 1 hour,turning them several times.
4.After an hour,drain the skewers and cook them in a large pan with the remaining oil,about 8 minutes,turning once after 4 minutes.
5.Place the marinade to drop off at hot fire,pour it over the skewers and serve.
