Summer Corn, Bacon and Potato Chowder

One of the best soup recipes I’ve ever made…and I’ve made a lot of soups. Delicious!! I made it with soy milk (instead of skim) and green onions instead of yellow. Also added some crushed red peppers. Recommend adding a little extra milk or chicken broth as its very thick. I found it to taste better on day 2.
