SWEET POTATO BAKE

The best sweet potato casserole recipe ever. I added mini marshmallows to the top as my daughter loves them and it just made it even better. Maybe a bit more like a dessert but I cannot normally get my 10 year old to eat vegetables and she loved this. This will become a dish I take to small group(church) meals.
