Vegetable salad with watercress and sesame seasoned

 Ingredients for 4 servings :
-1 handful of watercress leaves (in the absence may be used ruccoIa)
-300 g cauliflower bouquets
-300 g carrots
-1 slice celery
-1 red bell pepper

-300 g zucchini
-salt and pepper
-1 red onion
-1 clove of garlic
-3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-3 tablespoons oil
-1 teaspoon mustard
-1 tablespoon sesame seeds (black and white)

Instructions :

  1. Clean the leaves of watercress , washed and allowed them to drain . Now we are preparing the vegetables . First we cut the carrots in slices , then the celery and green pepper into strips . Cut squash in half , lengthwise , then cut into slices .
  2. All vegetables are placed in a pot with salt , pepper and 100 ml water . Let them boil , then reduce heat , cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes more . Peel the onion and slice it . Add the vegetables from the pot and simmer . Peel the garlic and cut in half . Rub the salad bowl with garlic . Add in bowl vinegar , oil and mustard . Mix , salt and pepper it to taste . Add the cooked vegetables , along with their juice , and mix carefully . We let a bit to rest , then add the watercress leaves and sprinkle sesame .
