I didn`t put the amounts because each makes his stuffing mixture , depending on his taste .
Peel the zucchini peel , cut pieces of 8-10 cm length , then carve the middle to make room for the filling .
Make a homogeneous mixture of meat , egg , dill , rice , salt and pepper to taste . Stuff the zucchini with the mix and put a slice of tomato above it .
The tomatoes were scraped and place in a pot less high . Arrange stuffed zucchini. The scraped tomatoes have to get up at half height of the zucchini .
Cook over low heat under the cover, approx. 40 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally because the zucchini can may stick a little .
Note : It can be served hot or cold, sprinkled with chopped fresh dill, cream or kefir.
